A high-ranking MS-13 leader was arraigned on Long Island Wednesday on terrorism and racketeering charges.
Federal prosecutors say Francisco Javier Roman-Bardales was added to the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list in February.
He is accused of ordering murders and other attacks in the United States and Mexico.
Roman-Bardales was arrested Mexico earlier this week. He was ordered detained pending trial in the Eastern District of New York.
