A carbon monoxide leak in Sullivan County resulted in the death of a 66-year-old man.
New York State Police responded to the incident on Gumaer Falls Road on Monday at 9:30 a.m.
Upon arrival, troopers found three unconscious individuals.
The victim, a resident of Flushing, Queens, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two others, Baoli Xu, 55, and Haijun Wang, 63, both of Wurtsboro, were rescued.
Xu was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center. Wang was taken to Ellenville Hospital.
Both are in stable condition.
