Police: Employee arrested for illegally selling cannabis products at Eastport smoke shop

An Eastport man is accused of illegally selling cannabis products.
Police say 21-year-old Ricardo Uceda was selling nicotine vapes, THC cartridges and cannabis products at Sam's Eastport Tobacco Shop on Montauk Highway.
News 12 is told that nearly 1,500 products were seized.
The business was also issued violations from the Town of Brookhaven and the Office of Cannabis Management.
