According to police, Brayan Pineda is charged with hindering with prosecution.
As News 12 has reported, Jeremias Ferrufino-Rodriguez, 18, is facing murder charges in the case.
Detectives say he shot Jefferson Mancia-Fernandez earlier this month near the intersection of West Graham Avenue and Peninsula Boulevard.
